India's international connectivity this winter will see a 10% increase compared to last winter. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation has approved a schedule of 2,336 weekly flights by 80 foreign airlines, offering 5.9 lakh seats per week. The number of Indian cities with international flights remains at 23, and direct flights to 50 countries will be available. Seven airlines will start or restart flights to India this winter, while some airlines will not be operating.
