Homebuyers’ body demands setting up of Rera Monitoring Committee

The Forum for People's Collective Efforts (FPCE), the largest body of homebuyers, has called for the establishment of a Rera Monitoring Committee (RMC) due to the failure of real estate regulators in implementing the real estate regulation law effectively. The FPCE has suggested that the committee should consist of homebuyers, independent individuals, and non-profit organizations, excluding builders.
